2. Purpose of Processing & Legal Bases
 

We process personal data only in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, TKG). Personal data is information that can be clearly associated with a natural person (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number).

 

2.1 Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment

As part of our services, we process personal data in particular for:

  • Preparation and fulfilment of contracts

  • Creation of offers

  • Execution of inspections, maintenance, documentation

  • Fulfilment of statutory retention and documentation obligations

  • Accounting and financial administration

  • Assertion or defence of legal claims

  • Customer management (CRM)

  • Art 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures)

  • Art 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations)

  • Art 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests)

 

2.2 Processing for Marketing and Information Purposes

To protect our legitimate interests, we process customer data in order to:

  • provide information about services and products

  • provide updates and news

  • send technical updates or maintenance information

to the customer.

This takes place as long as no consent has been withdrawn and no objection has been raised pursuant to Art 21 GDPR.

 

2.3 Processing Based on Consent

If you give us your consent (e.g. for the transfer of data to non-EU countries in the context of an employment relationship), processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent.

Consent given can be withdrawn at any time.

 

 

3. Recipients of the Data
 

Within ACCURO, only those departments that require the data to fulfil contractual or legal obligations have access.

Data may also be forwarded to:

  • external employees and subcontractors (processors)

  • external auditors and certification bodies

  • IT service providers and hosting providers

GDPR-compliant agreements are in place with all processors.

 

 

4. Data Transfer to Third Countries
 

A transfer to non-EU countries takes place only:

  • if this is required for contract fulfilment

  • if there are legal obligations

  • if explicit consent has been provided

 

 

5. Retention Period
 

We store personal data:

  • for the duration of the business relationship

  • additionally for the duration of statutory retention periods (in particular tax and liability-related periods)

  • until the expiry of warranty and limitation periods

Master data and order documentation are archived in accordance with legal requirements.

 

 

6. No Automated Decision-Making
 

There is no automated decision-making pursuant to Art 22 GDPR.

 

 

7. No Profiling
 

Profiling is not carried out.

This data is analysed in anonymised form to optimise our website.

 

8.4 Google Analytics (with IP Anonymisation)

Our website uses Google Analytics with activated IP anonymisation. IP data is not merged with other Google data.

8.5 Google Maps

When using this service, data is transmitted to Google. If you do not agree to this, you can block the display by disabling JavaScript in your browser – however, this may restrict the functionality of the website.

 

8.6 Contact Form & E-mail

When contacting us via form or e-mail, your details are stored for 6 months for the purpose of processing the request.

No data is passed on to third parties.

 

8.7 Job Applications

Application data is processed electronically.

  • if hired → storage in the personnel file

  • if rejected → deletion after 7 months, unless consent has been given for longer storage

 

 

9. Rights of Data Subjects
 

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access

  • Right to rectification

  • Right to erasure

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to object (particularly to direct marketing)

  • Right to withdraw consent

Complaints can be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
